At twenty-one, he moved to Perth, Western Australia, where his formative years in ministry developed. He entered theological college in England and assisted in pioneering a church in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, England. Terry Atkinson pastored seven churches and spends several weeks each year ministering in Canada. He and his wife, Margaret, have three children, four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
