She has maintained over 150 pound weight loss and lost her only sibling to cancer, both which help her relate to and support people on their journeys, regardless of the path.
Gina knows that although adversity happens, suffering is optional. Joy, as well as, the most important things in life are free and internal. Some examples of the gifts from within are peace, health, serenity and love. In the midst of trauma or tragedy, you can still feel good, as long as you do not allow life circumstances to cut you off from it. She realizes losing the connection at times is normal. With over 20 years of experience educating through speaking, writing, workshops and trainings, she is an expert on helping people reconnect to the wellsprings within themselves.
