He received his doctorate in chemistry in 1922, and in medicine in 1926. Author of Office Clinical Chemistry (1945), he has contributed more than a score of papers to medical and chemical journals. He was also the designer of several pieces of laboratory apparatus now used in the fields of clinical medicine and chemistry.
