A 30-something from London, she is a dedicated entrepreneur and mother to four lively children. But this has not always been the case because Tamara has been faced with, and has overcome, her fair share of challenging situations which have at times had paralysing emotional effects. The result; Tamara suffered from depression for some years as a young adult but her determination and positivity won through and she successfully pulled herself out of it without any counseling or medication. She now wants to share the self taught art of Being Happy with others as she truly believes that everyone can achieve this state of being and the even better news is that it’s easier than everyone thinks. Tamara raises her children alone alongside running her own business selling baby products and managing an alternative health website NOT Dr. Tamara.view less
