She graduated from Western Carolina University with a master’s degree in business. She taught accounting and finance at the community college level and has co-owned and operated a small construction company.
Fran has published two books in the Rosita series and is currently working on the third one. She is an active member in her church, where she has taught children for many years. She lives in southwestern North Carolina with her husband, Bill, and, of course, Rosita.view less
