She is the author of two other poetry books...view moreGrace Butler Difalco was born and raised in Bonavista, Newfoundland, and currently lives with her husband, Tom, in Torbay, Newfoundland. She is the author of two other poetry books, Echoes from the Heart and Waiting for Spring, published in 1995 and 1997.
Several of Grace’s poems have been set to music and performed by choral singers, church choirs and folk singers. It was an honour for her when “Keepers of the Light” was performed for Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II and “One Fleeting Moment” by the Elmer Iseler Singers. Another honour was having “Walking Into Death” included in the Royal Newfoundland Regimental booklet.
