In 1955 she married her first husband and moved to the United States. During this marriage she began her path towards spirituality and enlightenment and left her husband once she realized the relationship she was in was not where she was meant to be.
During her eight years of studying, learning, and healing her mind, body, and spirit she found a connection with animals. She also met the man of her dreams, Jack Farley, her love of many lifetimes. They discovered their mission was to rescue and care for unwanted cats and other animals on their land.
In March of 2007 Dorothy had a horrible dream of losing Jack. He died in her arms while dancing that night at a local café. Little did Dorothy know that Jack’s transition would provide them with newfound love, learning, and awareness. Through her conversations with Jack she now understands that Jack is still teaching her, and it only gets better.view less
