He enjoys trying to h...view moreDixon Block was born in Canada and is currently living in Germany, teaching English as a foreign language. From the first grade onward, Dixon wanted to teach. He enjoys trying to help others and believes that education and, more importantly, asking questions are frightfully important, yet neglected often nowadays. He also dabbled in the dramatic arts, helping feed his love of stories and imagination.
Dixon has always loved reading. He enjoys stories that keep his mind away from the miseries that can weigh one down in real life. But one cannot always be reading, so Dixon actively makes up stories as well to keep himself entertained or to give possible answers to questions he might have from day to day. Making stories has always helped him keep his chin up and his mind clear, so why not share those stories with others who might have miseries or questions that need answers?
Dixon is the author of the dystopian novella series The Next Generation, the first of which is entitled The Lockdown and can be found on Amazon. He also has published individual works, his first self-standing story is Live and Let Learn.view less
