I don’t believe in dieting, deprivation or restriction of foods, healthy eating should be a part of your lifestyle and can be tailored to suit you regardless of who you are, or what you do. I create clean treats without added sugars, flavourings or preservatives, from wholefood ingredients. Many of my recipes include protein powder, but I also have many raw, vegan and paleo recipes too.
