She is a member of Broad Universe for women Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Horror writers, and was the newsletter editor for Monterey Bay Chapter of Romance Writers of America for several years. Her novel first chapter, Masquerade, won first prize in the 2004 Win-Win Conference Persie contest. She has published two alternative fairytales, “A Maiden's Heart” and "Gormlo the Green" in mytholog.com, and suspense story, “Heritage,” in the fall 2012 issue of White Cat Magazine. “The Whitewood Kitarra,” introducing her troubadour hero, Loriano, and the Karaskan court, first appeared in the Spring 2013 issue of American Athenaeum’s Sword and Saga Press and is now available as a stand-alone.view less
