He is a graduate of Binghamton University and the University of Southern California law school. His legal career includes stints as an Assistant District Attorney, house counsel for an insurance company, associate counsel for a large personal injury defense firm, and law clerk for a County Court Judge. He is currently a partner in the law firm of Bendall and Mednick, which handles personal injury and medical malpractice cases for plaintiffs.
