She received her B.S. in Psychology, magna cum laude, from The Pennsylvania State University in 1980, and her J.D. from the SUNY at Buffalo School of Law and Jurisprudence in 1983. After practicing law full-time for 15 years, she is finally following her true passions of family, relationships, communication, and writing. In her "Know Yourself" workshops, she helps people help themselves by increasing their self-awareness, and encouraging them to reconnect to the natural world and the joy of living.
Lisa is a student of shamanism and loves to both laugh and cry. She recognizes the beauty, wisdom, and healing power inherent in each. Blending intuition, pragmatism, wisdom, and humor, Lisa helps create unexpected shifts in perspective that lead to healing in the most surprising ways.
She believes that, as humans, we are all indigenous to this planet. This has inspired her to seek out, train with, and receive initiations from wisdom-keepers in the Q’ero (Inkan), Tuvan (Siberian) and ancient Irish traditions, among others. Lisa weaves aspects of each into her shamanic work with clients, creating a unique experience.view less
