William Foskett, a resident of the San Francisco Bay Area, attended several universities and graduated with a Bachelor in Criminology from the University of California at Berkeley, a Masters Degree in Public Administration and a Juris Doctor, both from John F. Kennedy University. He spent two years at Cal State University in San Francisco. William worked for the Oakland Police Department for twenty years and retired as a Lieutenant of Police. He subsequently worked for the Alameda County Public Defenders Office as an investigator. He and his wife Jean have been involved in cattle ranching and land development. They enjoy short trips, exercising, good food and wine.
William has written three books, A Series of Adjustments, Rattles, and Heaven on 9/11 and is working on the fourth. He has also written eight screen plays, a TV script and short stories.view less
