She lives in California with her husband, a former cropduster. She has written five novels (two published) and numerous short stories. She previously worked as a technical writer, reporter, features writer and humor columnist for The Californian, a Gannett newspaper. Several of her columns have been reprinted in Readers Digest, Parenting Magazine, The San Jose Mercury, and on the Web.view less
