Like her characters, she has spent most of her life in the woods of New Hampshire, hiking the trails and riding horses. Climbing trees is still a favorite summer pastime.

Today she seeks to infuse her work with a sense of small-town community, along with plenty of laughter and, most of all, a sense of finding one's strength, overcoming odds, and following dreams.view less
