Eric is the Founder & President of Reviving Work Ethic, Inc., helping leaders develop work ethic in the emerging workforce to promote better performance, increase productivity and decrease turnover in their business. He is also the Founder and CEO of the Bring Your A Game to Work Initiative (The A Game, LLC): a work ethic training and certification program for youth built on the foundation of seven essential workplace values (Attitude, Attendance, Appearance, Ambition, Accountability, Acceptance, and Appreciation) that are prerequisites to success in any field, any job, and any industry.
His client list includes Dairy Queen, Harley-Davidson, Wegmans, Wells Fargo, and Toys-R-Us. He is the author of Reviving Work Ethic: A Leader’s Guide to Ending Entitlement and Restoring Pride in the Emerging Workforce, the first book of its kind since 1904. Also, Eric authored BRING YOUR A GAME TO WORK – Seven Values That Will Make Every Employer Want to Hire You and Fight to Keep You (ChesPress 2010), the centerpiece of The A Game, showing teens what every employer wants and expects from them. In addition, Eric has authored three other titles, and co-authored eight books for teens.
