Much of her writing is inspired by her personal journey of being born intersexed (or Tu-N-Won in the Wa-Ch’a language), raised and lived as male and now living joyfully as the amazing woman that she truly is. Her poems have appeared in Your Hands, Your Mouth, a local poetry magazine, and in her two chap books: You Got WHAT Stuck WHERE? and Soul Dust.
