I am trained in Marriage and Family Systems Theory so approach my work with an eye towards how it affects the family unit as a whole, whether treating a couple, a couple who are parents of a child with special needs, or a multi-generational family, including seniors. With individual clients, I also address their social and intimate relationships.
My treatment modalities are individual based on my clients needs, however, treatment is generally within the framework of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Applied Behavioral Analysis, Expressive Arts Therapies, and, in certain circumstances, Brief Solutions-Focused Therapy.

I have an extensive writing and publishing background. My family has owned a publishing company in specialized niches for over thirty years and I'm proud to carry on that tradition! My writing background includes books, video scripts, articles and curriculum.
