Her background includes twelve years’ experience in the healing arts industry. She is an internationally known speaker, and healing arts facilitator, teaching CARE Intensives throughout the United States and Canada. She co-teaches many of these seminars with her husband, Ben Howden. Carol also shares these healing techniques in private sessions. Carol is a supervising instructor, and enjoys mentoring anyone interested in becoming a Certified CARE instructor. Her favorite is coaching others who are interested in taking personal responsibility in every quadrant of their life. Carol co-authored an educational cook book, 'Ancient Wisdom in Modern Menu'.
