It began with acting. I thought for years it was the only thing I could do, or wanted to do.
Then shiatsu massage called out. What a wonderful thing to learn and I enjoyed giving massages so much, it took 2 years to pull my hands off of people once I realized after 7 years of practicing it, that I could no longer do it full time. It made me realize I was capable of learning more.
Then one day sitting on a friend's couch, my heart finally heard the call from my teacher, Prem Rawat. 10 years I had made some effort to listen to him, but nothing went in, then one day a switch flipped on, I heard, my heart heard. The listeing caused so many changes and writing poetry came so easily, it was all I could do, in the many days spent alone. It was my expression of my enjoyment of that journey at that time.
I hope you have the courage to follow your heart. The reward is the doing of that thing that your heart is pushing towards.view less
