Having to face the heartbreak of infertility ...view more“…clearly you are an epistle of Christ…” (2 Corinthians 3:3a) Deby Scott’s life is living proof that all things are possible with God. Having to face the heartbreak of infertility and the probability of married life without children, she and her husband chose instead to pursue their dreams through adoption. In just fifteen short years, they became parents of seven children. Deby’s heart is to see all women fulfilled in their desire to be moms. In addition to being “chief cook and bottle washer, taxi driver, and cheerleader at her kids’ sporting events,” she ministers alongside her pastor/husband, Eric, at Celebrate! Family Church in Leicester, New York. She is a licensed minister with Elim Fellowship in Lima, New York. She and her husband have been sought out by countless couples for direction, encouragement, and wisdom as they set out on their adoption journeys. She has been a guest speaker at women’s events and conferences. Her hobbies include riding her Harley, teaching and making paper crafts, including cards of encouragement, and now writing about her family. She and her family make their home in Western New York.view less
