Two of his older siblings joined the Army before he was old enough to do so, increasing his fervor. His focus for most of his formative years was a desire to enlist, and serve. He was home schooled and spent much of his free time serving others—he was active in several youth groups, interned with a creative arts ministry, worked several jobs, and reveled in war games with cousins and brothers, “live,” on computer, and through movies. He has lived his dream, experienced some harsh realities as facts replaced others’ often sanitized and glorified stories. Elisha writes with passion and ideals still fresh, still fervent, still centered in patriotism and the never-ending fight for freedom.view less
