He is a full time instructional system designer in aviation industry. However, small business consultation is his passion and a hobby. He has written two other successful books on the concession foods. It has been an extremely joyful experience for Mat; seeing families making good living using his business operating procedures. Mat admits that he is not here to show the reader to be an average Joe type of vendor. You must have a strategic plan of attack whether you in battle field or on street selling hot dogs. You must be a street fighter who takes his game to next level. Most people have perception that food vendors are not very smart people who can not think outside the box. Mat believes in this age it is not IQ or intelligence that gives you a strategic advantage but it is information, knowledge and the ability to act on it that gives you an edge over your competition.
