I was attended the Beverly public school system and was influenced by my family, fr...view moreI was born September 15, 1955 in the Beverly Massachusetts hospital and am the fifth and last child of my mother. I was attended the Beverly public school system and was influenced by my family, friends, school mates, comic books, reading books, and television. I was drawing before I could read or write. The TV show Captain Bob and my sister Cheryl was my biggest influence towards drawing.
I joined the Navy in 1976 and became a Sonar man. During my naval years I mostly doodled and drew a rough cartoon here or there depending on what I was doing at the time. I retired years later after sailing aboard 4 US naval ships and a couple of shore duty stations. Ive been stationed mostly in San Diego with the exception of about 4 and years total in Philadelphia PA, Charlestown SC and Norfolk VA.
While in the navy I traveled around to 22 countries, played and ate my way around the world. During my off time I earned an AA degree in liberal arts, married and had two incredible children: Andrew and Samantha.
I earned a second college degree and attended several personal growth seminars. I enjoy music, restaurants, movies, drawing, and lots of other stuff. I support my favorite charity Big Animals for Little Kids and support the USO by making soup and sandwiches for the troops one day outta the week. I believe eclectic, fun, and a little of the wall from time to time are some good descriptions for me.
I currently single, living in San Diego California and have two amazing grandchildren: Taylor and Bryant.
I feel that my drawings reflect my personality and life over the years and help to let my strangeness out of my mind.view less
