He has published articles on the Greek Diaspora and on the uncertain fate of rural life in Greece.
With degrees in both Philosophy and Education, John has long been interested in alternative models to modern schooling. In 1995, at the age of 22, he published his first novel entitled “I.” A fictional examination of the North American school system, the novel depicts the failures—and the enormous possibilities—of Western society’s greatest human experiment.
His controversial articles on justice and prosecutorial misconduct brought him international media attention when they were prominently featured on Michael Jackson’s official website during his 2004-2005 trial.
Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, John continues to live there with his wife, Sarah.view less
