Born in Tenerife, Spain, he received his education and spent most of his life in America. Leoncio holds a Ph.D. degree from The University of British Columbia and a Master’s Degree from McGill University. He is a Project Management Professional and a licensed Professional Engineer.
Besides his career-related endeavors, Leoncio is an avid World traveler and a voracious book reader, dabbling in music making every time the opportunity presents itself.
