She was born August 27, 1981 in Port Gibson, Ms. She has one sister name Donna Stewart and three brothers name (Myron Stewart, Quentin Liggans and Joe Gusta Jr.) who also live in Mississippi. She is the daughter of Ruby and Joe Gusta. Her dad owned a local night club in the early 1980's and work as a technician at a local plant. He later departed from his family when he was killed at his own night club on July 3, 1987. Her mother remarried August 7, 1999 to Willie Archie. Renee later graduated from Port Gibson high school on May 21, 1999. She later attended Alcorn State University where she received a Bachelor of Art Degree and a Master of Science Degree. After school, she taught at a local school as a second grade teacher. She later in life discovered her prolific writing skills.view less
