Hylton is the pastor of Shiloh Christian Church in Middletown, Connecticut. He is also the president of MITT (Middlesex Institute of Theology and Technology). Paul is the founder and International Director of JCET Ministries, a mission organization that specializes in leadership development and evangelism. He has been in the ministry for over thirty-five years. He has travelled to over forty countries preaching and teaching the gospel. Some of these countries include Italy, France, Holland, England, Romania, India, Pakistan, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, South Korea, Thailand, Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Jamaica, Haiti, Peru, and Mexcio.
Paul holds a master’s degree in theological studies from Biblical Life College and Seminary. He is married to Donna, and they have four daughters. He resides in Middlefield, Connecticut.view less
