It wasn't until later after high school that ...view moreCharles Lane Roberts grew up in middle Tennessee playing Role Playing Games, either Dungeons & Dragons based games or Video game RPGs. It wasn't until later after high school that he became a ferocious reader of literature. Since a young teen Charles Roberts had played music and came to be a very well versed musician. Though he eventually turned his artistic mind to a certain story that steadily grew in his mind. He wanted to create something new, a fantasy book with the writing style of the old greats. Short prose, powerful descriptions, blended with his own philosophy of life. After five years of dedicated writing he eventually finished his first book called "The End of All Things" A blend of High Fantasy, written in a minimalist style, focusing more on the actual story and philosophy than trying to create a detailed world that would take away from the powerful nature of The End of All Things.view less
