- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5an excellent read about domestic family violence. we see the protagonist leave her husband to live seperate with her two children and try to convinve herslef that she is only taking a break, not leaving her husband. she wants to believe that she can change the prblems between herself and her husband, but with guidence she realises the truth. it shows us the reality of wives defending their abusive husbands. worth the read.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5This book starts off in a superficial manner, but suddenly captivates the reader. The story is about a wife and mother who moves out of home to reassess her life. We slowly begin to understand the predicament she is in. We want to know what she is going to do and how she is going to react. An excellent read that leaves the reader thinking about the consequences long after reading the last words.
