Music is my passion and I’m going to do it my way. I’m going to produce and play, what I want, when I want. No one is going to tell me what to do or hold the purse strings.

I’m glad Momma Joe didn’t put up much of a fight. The only thing she insisted on, was me hiring an assistant to oversee the business end. When I didn’t act quickly enough, she hired one for me. I pick my battles, and this wasn’t gonna be one of them. Momma Joe may think hiring the female version of a much younger Shaun White, would hold me back, but she’s wrong.
