    This book focuses on what Alistair describes as his "Four Pillars of Trading".

    Many traders unknowingly operate outside these four pillars, or at best, only apply some of them to their trading process. This may mean they have some short-lived success, but when the inevitable pressure periods come about and the losing runs hit, if all four pillars in are not in place, the traders results and approach start to unravel.

    This book is not another trading strategy, or a set of handpicked in the moment hypothetical trade scenarios. Instead it offers a clear and proven applicable trading framework that Alistair effectively uses both with his students and in his own trading.
