A well-written and well-researched book with a beautiful narration. It goes deep into the spiritual aspects of Islam which are often dismissed by Muslims, practicing and non-practicing. Despite some exercises that sound more like therapy outside of Islamic teachings, I really enjoyed listening and it made me shed a few tears of acknowledgment and gratitude. Must listen!
