I am giving this specific book 5 stars just because I genuinely appreciated it. There are way too many crappy audiobooks out there, but this is definitely not one of them. The ideas from the writer made sense to me. I agreed with all the things, and that's yet another reason that I am so ecstatic about this book. The writer didn't arbitrarily select bits and pieces of wrong advice, but rather, sorted out the claims enough.

I absolutely LOVED this audio book! Seriously! I don't think you have to keep searching. This book says all of it. I recognized a great deal of the important things the writer was discussing. Some things discussed my head, but that's typical for any book that has actually been composed by a genius.

There are so many aspects I appreciated about this, but I can only say so much. I urge you (as well as everybody who goes through this) to buy this book. I really loved it. The audio book clarifies a number of points of view extremely well. It also dives much deeper in to the text. My favorite sections were the final chapters, where the final thought became understandable.
