Reviews for The Arizona Real Estate Audiobook on Buying Multi Family Homes For Investment with Homes For sale in Arizona
1 rating1 review
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5First off, the only Arizona-specific parts of the books were one chapter with a listing of bunch of county gov't websites, and another chapter with housing statistics for various Arizona cities. (Humorously, the narrator kept pronouncing Mesa as "mess-uh".) All of this is easily pulled from the internet, so there is limited utility to these two chapters. The rest of the book was very brief surface information about real estate investing. There were a few useful links and website ideas. But NONE of it had anything to do with multi-family buildings--it was 100% about single family homes, so the title of the book is simply wrong. Finally, the narrator BADLY needs to invest in a pop filter--the plosives were unbearable throughout.
