Her first bestseller was The Stranger Beside Me, about her personal relationship with infamous serial killer Ted Bundy. A former Seattle police officer, she used her firsthand expertise in all her books. For more than three decades, she was a powerful advocate for victims of violent crime. I really like the narrator as well she is perfect For true crime narration

The writing and story line were great. However, it really bugged that the person narrating was pronouncing the names of some of the Texas towns incorrectly. If they are difficult, shouldn’t the narrator research or ask how to pronounce them?? It really made the audiobook hard to get through…
