This learning style is the work of a genius. Thanks to Paul Noble German is now becoming my 3rd language.

It is one of the best ways to acquire solidly the very essentials of the German language. The course is short, so several things are missing (such as Wie geht es? or Guten Tag) and unfortunately it uses only basic terminology (there is a lengthy explanation of what a verb is, and the direct object/accusative is always periphrastically referred with 'when it is the victim, when is on the receiving end...'). But the content order is designed very well, and the course is structured in such a way that you are continuously revising and exercising what you learn. I particularly liked the summary at the end and the indication of general rules that often relate English and German vocabulary (d->t, ic->isch, y->g... drink->trinken, romantic->romantisch, day->tag).
