Excellent advise at end for recovering and starting new. Fair amount of empathy and understanding expressed. Good balance between spiritual and reality... trying best to keep marriage intact first but that reality of this life does call for it in some cases. Points out difficulties (loneliness, anger, criticism, rejection, etc)
