This is a must-read book! One of the main lessons I gleaned from this book was to remain faithful in especially the “easier” times, so that when life gets hard and trials come our way (which they will), there is a well to pull from and a discipline of good habits (praying, reading your word, gathering with the local body, etc) to keep us steady. I am recommending this to all my family and friends! It is full of wisdom, practical tips, and real life examples. Can’t wait to read Glenna’s next book! - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5

This book should be on every Christian woman’s list of must reads. Glenna Marshall shares her heart and what she has learned in her adult years and as a pastor’s wife on the importance of studying God’s word, praying, and the importance of corporate worship. Marshall dispels the excuses that we use to thwart our daily spiritual disciplines and encourages us to find time to read, memorize, and study God’s word each day.
