About this audiobook

He’s a cop trying to stop a serial bomber. And she’ll stop at nothing to clear her own name.

When a deadly bomb goes off during a climate change debate, librarian and event coordinator Jackie Santoro becomes the prime suspect. Her motive, according to Detective Avery Wick: to avenge the suicide of her prominent father, who was accused of crimes by a city councilman attending the event.

Though Avery has doubts about Jackie’s guilt, he can’t exonerate her even after an extremist group takes responsibility for the bombing and continues to attack San Antonio’s treasured public spaces.

As Jackie tries to hold her shattered family together, she has no choice but to proceed with plans for the Caterina Ball, the library system’s biggest annual fundraiser. But she also fears the event provides the perfect opportunity for the bomber to strike again.

Despite their mistrust, Jackie and Avery join forces to unmask the truth—before the death toll mounts even higher.

Bestseller Kelly Irvin is back with a nail-biting romantic suspense where nothing is certain until the very last page.

Her Every Move by Kelly Irvin is a fast paced modern day Christian thriller. Jackie is in charge of the event where a bomb went off killing and injuring people. When threats are made towards certain officials Jackie and her family become suspect, despite having calls from an organization. Detective Wick is assigned to the case and questions if Jackie could be a suspect. He is there to help her and work toward finding the bomber. This is a great stand alone story that starts out running and never stops. The suspense is intense and fast paced. The writing is so clear it is easy to feel the tension. This was one of those books that was very hard to put down as I was wanting to know who the real bomber was and why. I was surprised to know who the bomber was at the end of the story. I appreciate the faith the characters have as well as the growing friendship between the main characters.I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

Kelly Irvin gives us a fast pace thriller with so many surprises, and yet you wonder whom is going to survive to the end!We have a young woman Jackie Santoro who work at the San Antonio Central Library, and among other duties is an event planner. Which is what she is doing as the book opens with a blast, yes, a bomb goes off and among the casualties is a life long friend and then she becomes a suspect. Then we meet Detective Avery Wick, and he is doing his job as he investigates Jackie, but with the twist and turns here, she begins to look more guilty. The lengths some people go for hate, and the people they hurt, and I didn't figure out whom was responsible until the very end, even then it was hard to believe. If you like suspense that has non-stop action and keeps you guessing right to the end, this one has it!I received this book through Net Galley and the Publisher Thomas Nelson, and was not required to give a positive review.
