About this audiobook

The Libertarian who spoke up.

Although considered as a pure politician and idealist by some, John Locke’s philosophical views on life have inspired many to take a step back and reassess the nature of governments, property, and human rights. He was an advocate of freedom and liberty. His influence cannot be underestimated when looking at the philosophical debates that have been held since his time, let alone during his lifetime.

Therefore, to give the deserved credit to this impressive thinker, you can hear about topics such as:

  • The “Two Treaties of Government” about which John Locke wrote.
  • John Locke’s background and the origin of his name.
  • His views on individualism and liberalism.
  • A fun comparison between Justin Bieber, Steve Jobs, and John Locke.
  • Descartes’ criticism on John Locke and the rational debate between their views.
  • Critical thinking, knowledge, and imagination.

Get a new perspective by studying John Locke’s ideas, concepts, and his criticism on society and governments.

Remarkable, I must say. This review shows my own thoughts and preferences. I had the ability to comprehend everything clearly, not even if the storyteller spoke the phrases well, but also because the information in it included new things to be learned.

Some of the greatest tricks about this particular idea are openly being exposed by the writer. That's the reason why I like it. I wish I was really good at composing customer reviews, but you'll just have to be satisfied with this mediocre suggestion, namely, that the audiobook was fascinating all the way through, up until the very end. I was able to understand everything plainly, not even if the storyteller pronounced words nicely, but also since the info in it included new facts to be learned.

Both the narrator and the author put some genuine work into this. I was seriously inspired by this audio book. The ideas from the author made sense to me. I agreed with all the things, and that's yet another reason that I am so ecstatic about this audiobook. The author didn't arbitrarily choose bits and pieces of wrong advice, but instead, figured out the statements enough.

I just intended to write something good about this book. I don't always appreciate any books, but this stood out. And since it did, I started paying attention to it. It was some of the best time I spent, especially because I was doing other things in the meantime. Such an interesting concept. I believe I will let my brother or sisters partner listen to it. They have to know that there are actually audio books like this out there.

Seems to be written by search engines and AI. Only occasionally about John Locke the philosopher.

This the best books I have listened to, and that is why I am taking a small moment to create a customer review about it. Not bad at all. I feel it's 1 of the greatest audiobooks on the market. In my perspective, it was quite great. There might have been a couple of barely recognizable mistakes in there, but they didn't trouble me. Anytime you are able to listen to a storyteller who is that great, and about an idea that you have an interest in, you don't care about the rest. That's the end of the that.
