Now, I know that we are all in this motorcycle lark ‘for the good of the sport’ and naturally we accumulate – beg, borrow, buy or steal – our bikes not because of what they are ‘worth’ but because of what they ‘are.’ But come on, admit it, in idle moments (and the older I get the more idle moments I enjoy) we all keep half a weather eye trained on prices even though of course we are never going to sell... or buy, come to that!
