QLED is normally the runt of the TV tech litter, living its life in the shadow of the contrast king OLED and so-bright-you-need-shades QD-OLED. But for its flagship 4K television of 2024, Sony has backed the underdog. As well as arriving with a50 brighter than the five-star X95L’s and has more than three times as many dimming zones.
