Rahmi Koç opens new museum

n 11 May, a new Rahmi M Koç Museum opened its doors in Ayvalik, an ancient industrial centre of. The new museum, like those in Istanbul, Ankara and Cunda, is dedicated to the history of industry, transport and navigation, and houses a collection of over 700 objects in an old olive oil and soap factory dating back to the end of the 19th century, admirably restored respecting the original project and materials.
