Launched in 1973, has also circumnavigated the globe and sailed over 100,000 miles before being docked, the refit was driven by rotten timber and comes in the form of a project that started in March 2017 with just two people and is expected to be completed in autumn 2026. So far, the project has cost £1.7 million, with a projected cost of around £4 million.
