My day on a plate

My morning routine starts early

We get up at 5am, George [Lisa’s fiancé] and I – we’re both early birds. The first thing we do is go downstairs and each have a shot of Symprove; that’s the thing that starts our day. Then we make coffee and, if I’m working from home, we’ll take it with us to the gym.
