200g butter, softened, plus extra for the tin200g golden caster sugar4 eggs200g self-raising flour1 tsp baking powder2 tbsp milk2 tbsp freeze-dried raspberries, blitzed to a powderfew drops of red or pink food colouring gelfew drops of rosewater (depending on the strength)crème fraîche, to serve
