EXTERIOR

The new build, inspired by classic warehouse conversions, was designed by McMahon and Nerlich and built by Hudson Developments. The external spiral staircase leads to the rooftop, complete with cantileveredconcrete pool seen from below. Handmade Hawthorn bricks, EcoGroup. Recycled timber garage doors built by Tower Garage Doors.

Chris and Kim’s dream home was a warehouse conversion, but when they couldn’t find a typical warehouse in the style they were looking for, they set off to build one from the ground up. Their friends, directors of studio McMahon
