Film: SYMPATHY FOR THE DEVIL
Jean-Luc Godard’s 1968 film, his first British-made, English language feature, was derided atcreating one of the most hypnotic, sulphurous rock’n’roll songs of all time, for which the film is named. There’s a bunch of daft interstitial political stuff, some featuring Black Panthers, but it’s the Stones who fascinate.
