The practical reloader

MANY Sporting Shooter readers reload their own ammunition. Of those, some readers experiment with different powders, projectiles and primers — and maybe dive into neck lengths, seating depths and the finer details of case prep. But how many sign up for an Applied Ballistics course at Sydney University and write numerous books on the matter?

That commitment level is what set Nick Harvey apart in the reloading world.

“Nick reloaded for a different reason to many people,” says Nick’s long-time friend and hunting companion, Allan Moeller.
